Shipping & returns
Every Thia piece is designed in London, made to order and crafted over about 14 days. Here is what happens after you place an order.
Production time
Production begins once your payment is confirmed. Each piece takes around 14 days to craft; bespoke commissions may take longer, and we will agree a timeline with you before we start.
Shipping
- All orders ship tracked from our closest workshop, and we email you the tracking number as soon as your piece is on its way.
- Delivery times vary by destination. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Please make sure your delivery address is complete; we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
Cancellations
Because every piece is made for you, we can only accept a cancellation before production has begun. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns and refunds
As each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to reach out with any questions — sizing, metal colour, customisation — before placing your order so that your piece is exactly right.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will put it right.
