Terms of service
By placing an order with Thia Diamonds you agree to the following terms.
Orders
- All pieces are made to order. An order is accepted once we confirm your payment; production then begins.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Import duties or taxes in the destination country, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We may decline or cancel an order if an item is mispriced or unavailable; any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
- Cancellations are accepted only before production begins.
- Because every piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
- If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it.
Products
All diamonds are lab-grown unless stated otherwise. Colours in photographs may vary slightly from the finished piece. Specifications listed on the product page describe the piece as made to order; ask us before ordering if you need a detail confirmed.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
