Measuring at home
- Take a ring that fits the intended finger and measure its inside diameter with a ruler.
- Or wrap a thin strip of paper around the finger, mark where it overlaps, and divide the length by 3.14 to get the diameter.
- Wider bands fit more snugly — consider going up half a size for bands over 4 mm.
